5. Fees and Payments

• If any features are paid, pricing and payment terms will be clearly presented before you sign up.
• By using those features, you agree to pay any applicable fees on time.

6. Ownership and Content

• The platform, its software, and all related materials belong to us. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer them.
• You own the data you enter about sites, controllers, stations, and technicians. By using the platform, you give us permission to use this data only to operate and improve the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits, data, or service interruptions).
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the issue arose.

8. Termination or Suspension
